Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement

Day40 aims to make its website and digital professional information usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including disabled users.

4.1 Our approach

We seek to design, maintain and improve the website with accessibility in mind. This includes attention to readable structure, keyboard accessibility, meaningful headings and labels, text alternatives where appropriate, colour contrast, responsive presentation and content that can be enlarged without unnecessary loss of functionality.

4.2 Standards

As a commercial website, Day40 aims to follow recognised good practice and, where reasonably practicable, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference point. This statement is not intended to represent that every page has been independently certified as fully conformant.

4.3 Third-party content

Some embedded, linked or third-party content may sit outside Day40’s direct technical control. We will seek reasonable alternatives or improvements where an accessibility problem is brought to our attention.

4.4 Documents and publications

We aim to make new core website content and key downloadable materials reasonably accessible. Complex historic documents, third-party materials or highly formatted publications may not always be fully accessible in every format. Where reasonably possible, an alternative format can be considered on request.

4.5 Feedback and assistance

If you experience an accessibility barrier or need information in an alternative format, contact info@day40solutions.com or 020 8064 1402. Please identify the page or material concerned and, where helpful, the format or adjustment required.

4.6 Review

We will review accessibility as the website develops and when significant new functionality is introduced.
